It depends on the locations of the infestation.

If bees are in the walls, we will need to open a portion of the roof or wall to eradicate the problem.

If bees are simply outside, we’ll remove the beehive and exterminate the colony.

If can be difficult to tell the difference between wasps and bees, because they appear very similar at a distance. Some key things to observe:

  • Bees are fuzzy with round bodies and like flowers.
  • Wasps are thinner with narrow wastes and skinny legs. They don’t have hairs, which makes them appear shinier.
  • Hornets  are part of the wasp family. They look very similar to wasps except they are larger.

Bees and related insects are most attracted to the pollen in flowers. However, they also love things that are sweet. If you’re dealing with a bee infestation it could be because you keep your trash too close to your home or because you aren’t sealing it up completely. Leftover soda cans can also attract bees.

A:

No.  If there is a swarm or a hive, it can be dangerous and they can be eliminated.

Hiring a pest control company is the best way to safely and efficiently remove a bee hive or other infestation from your home.

It’s possible. There are sometimes straggler bees after a nest has been removed.  These bees may return to the location where the hive was before removal to find their queen. Over time, these bees will die off. Usually in a week or two. At Dash, we know the best time to remove a hive, making sure majority of bees are present at the time of service.

We had a leak in the home, which caused field mice to come into the property. I called Dash and within a couple of hours, they were at my location to take care of the problem. The operator I spoke with was very helpful and communicative and the gentleman who arrived (Gabe) was extremely thorough and professional. I will definitely work with them again and will recommend them to anyone.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! Said they would be here between 2-4, showed up at 1:59 on the dot!! The kindest most responsive people ever, we were absolutely terrified and so grossed out and they made us feel so beyond comfortable. Could not possibly recommend them more or speak more highly of them!!! Also priced so fairly, could not be more worth it!!!!!
